2) Representations received from the certain teachers in the state.
Attention of the District Educational Officers in the state is invited to the reference 15t read above, Government has permitted the teachers/Headmasters Gr.II desires to go to his/her parent management such teachers/Headmasters Gr.II may opt for transfer to only those vacancies available in their parent Management.
Further, they are instructed to fiLe counter, if any teachers/Headmasters Gr.II got court orders for transfer to his! her parent management duly explaining the guidelines issued during Teacher Transfer counseling-2017 to avoid further legal complications in the matter and to submit the following information as annexure enclosed and submit compliance report submitted promptly.
