2.From the Commissioner of Intermediate Education, A.P.,
Guntur,Lr.Rc.No.Acad.I-1/483/2017, dated 21-8-2017
O R D E R:
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner, Nellore Muncipal Corporation, Nellore and Commissioner of Intermediate Education, A.P., Guntur in the references 1st and 2nd read above respectively, Government after careful examination of the matter, the Secretary, Board of Intermediate Education, A.P., Vijayawada is hereby accord permission to sanction new Muncipal Junior College at V.R. Educational Institutions Campus, SPSR Nellore District from the academic year 2017-18, subject to meet all the expenditure from the Muncipal Corporation funds and also subject to fulfillment of all other terms and conditions stipulated by the Government & Board of Intermediate Education, Fire Service Department and all other local authorities concerned from time to time.
2. The Secretary, Board of Intermediate Education, Vijayawada shall take necessary further action in the matter.
