All the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that, the Dept of ECE, JNTU, Vizianagaram is conducting an annual technical symposium ECENTRA - 2018 on 7th & 8th March, 2018. The annual technical meet is to bring all the science enthusiasts under one roof in order to discuss, learn and evolve. In this year, this meet to school level by conducting a Science Fair ILLUMINATOIN 2k 18 for 6th to 9th standards students and providing them a platform to learn the trends in technology as we1l to exhibit their skills.
This event would be conducted in two phases, one is online contest and other is competition at the time of their event i.e., on 7th & 8th March, 2018. Prizes will be distributed in the campus of JNTU, Vizianagaram on 8th March, 2018.
They are therefore requested to issue necessary instructions to all field officers and Headmasters of Govt. Schools i.e., (Govt./Zilla Parishad and Govt Aided Schools) in the State to intimate about the Science Fair ILLUMINATION-2018 of JNTU Vizianagaram. And guide the interested students of 6th to 9th standards of their respective schools to enrol their names through online / offline through website www. ecentra2k18 / teacher in their respective school (offline) to participate in the Science Fair ILLUMINATION duly following given procedure. Procedure for registration through offline and online are appended at Annexure-I & II.
Further they are requested to nominate the concerned District Science Officer as Nodal Officer in this task with instructions to contact with the Faculty Coordinators Dr. Suryanarayana Murthy & Smt. M. Hema, Dept. of ECE, JNTU Vizianagaram Phone No. 08922 274388 , Mobile 83740 33455 and Sri P. Sunil, student coordinator, Cell No. 95539 94852 for more details in this regard and in turn guide the 6th to 9th standards students of all Govt sector Govt./Zilla Parishad and Govt Aided Schools) to participate more no. of students in the said event from their respective districts without fail and submit compliance report at once.
