The attention of all the District Educational Officers is invited to the reference 3rd & 4th read above, wherein they were requested to identify a team from the respective districts to participate in the 20th Rastriya Katha Shivir is scheduled to be held from 6th - 13th January. 2018 at Pransla Village. Upleta Tehsil, Rajkot District, Gujarot.

They are therefore requested to submit the details of the participants and escort teachers in the prescribed format given below by today ie., 2-1-2018 by 4.30 p.m.. so as to enable this office to consolidate and forward the same to the Event Orgonisers to provide necessary accommodation and other logistics at the venue.

Further they are informed that, the following officers are nominated as State Level Officers to monitor and coordinate with the District Teams in participation in the above event. As such, necessary instructions should be issued to their respective disffict team to contact with the concerned State Level Officers for guidance in this regard.

  This has got the approval of Commissioner of School Education (FAC) A.P. Amaravati.
