It is to inform that the Department of School Education and Literacy. MHRD. Government of India has permitted for up gradation of 220 Urdu medium primary schools into upper primary schools in reference I cited. Accordingly the State Project Director. APSSA has requested the Commissioner of School Education to upgrade 220 Urdu medium primary schools into upper primary schools in reference 2 cited. The Commissioner of School Education. A.P..
has given instructions to the I).E.O.s in the state to upgrade 220 Lirdu medium primary schools in to upper primary schools in their respective districts in reference 3rd cited.
In this connection the Government of India sanctioned 660 Additional Class Rooms ( ACR) with 660 regular teachers posts to give instructions in these up graded Urdu medium schools. The State Project Director. APSSA. is pleased to appoint academic Instructors to the upgraded 220 schools 3 instructors to each school until filling up the above sanctioned posts by way of promotion and direct recruitment.
The Academic Instructors selections will be made by the selection committee comprising of the members (I) Mandal Educational Officer (2) MPDO. (3) Mandal Parishad President.
The eligibility (Qualifications) criteria for the engagement of the Academic Instructors in the up graded upper primary schools will be as follows:-
A. The Academic Instructors must possess a bachelor Degree of B.A.. B.Com.. B. Sc in the concerned subject and B. Ed Urdu is one of the methodology.
B. The medium of instruction should be in Urdu up to gradation
C. If the candidates having medium of Instruction in Urdu are not available then consider first language as Urdu candidates up to graduate level
D. Preference will be given to the Local /Concerned mandals candidates. If local candidates are not available then others may be considered.
The Academic Instructors will be engaged where the Urdu medium primary schools are up graded and students are enrolled in 6th class one Academic Instructor for every 10 students more than ten (10 -) students two academic instructors and more than twenty ( 20 f) students three academic instructors will be engaged for this academic year 2017-18 only.
The honorarium will be paid @ Rs.7500/- ( Rupees Seven thousand five hundred) only per month for the Academic Instructor. The expenditure incurred for the payment of honorarium to the Academic Instructors will be met from available budget Rs. 12.5 lakhs in the districts from the innovative fund under Minority intervention.
