All the District Educational Ofticers in the State are hereby informed that Gol. MHRD. NCERT. is decided to conduct National Achievement Survey of Class-X. Cycle-2 on 05-02-2018 in randomly selected schools. In this connection all the District Educational Officers are requested to complete following activities for smooth conduct of NAS-Class-X. Cvcle-2.
1. Physical Verification of Sampled schools:
The sampled schools list is already communicated to the concerned DEO.
They have to verify physical existence of thc schools (by providing the total
strength. no. of boys. no. of girls. remarks if any. in the sampled schools list.)
2. Constitution of District Level Committee:
The committee should have the fbi lowing persons:
District Coordinator - District Educational Officer
2. Assistant District Coordinator-1 - Dy.E.O. RMSA.
3. Assistant I)istrict (‘oordinator-2 Dy.E.O
4. MIS Coordinator-(Technical Expert for Scanning. Cleaning & Uploading)
The particulars of the above persons is to he sent to SCERT in the prescribed
prolorma (Annextire-I)
3. Identification of Field Investigators:
The District Education Ofticer should identitv require number of Field
Investigators (SGT) and the particulars of the Field Investigators is to he sent to
SCERT in the given proibrma (Annexure-II).
Hence, all District Educational Officers are informed to treat this activity as
most URGENT and send the details to this office by the evening of 13-01-2018.
