The attention of all the District Educational Officers in tbe state are invited to the references cited above relating to ODF Action plan. As a part of ODF action plan sustained usage of School Toilets play an important role in achieving 100% ODF by 31st March 2018. In continuation of the reference 9th cited the following instructions are issued to be followed scrupulously for monitoring proper maintenance and usage of School toilets through AFGS Mobile APP (User manual is herewith enclosed), towards achieved 100% ODF by 31st March 2018.
1. The Swachata AFGS Mobile App should download from Google Play Store.
2. The Swachata AFGS Mobile App is for monitoring sanitation of School Toilets and is based on artificial intelligence.
3. Each and every School is provided with a log-in based on U-DISE data, to daily upload the photos of toilets position.
4. Comparison of the uploaded photos will be done with the reference to images and grades will be allotted.
5. All DEOs, DyEOs, MEOs and HMs are to follow up based on the grades and action taken can be improve the sanitation levels in school toilets.
6. All schools under all managements should register their schools and upload the data with photographs through Swachata AFGS Mobile App
by 25.11.2017 without fail.

Therefore, all District Educational Officers in the state are instructed to give necessary instructions to the all DyEOs/MEO5/Headmasters/Teachers to complete the registration process and uploading of the data with photographs by 25.11.2017 and to follow the above instructions scrupulously and to coordinate with the Project Officers of SSA in the state to achieve 100% ODF by 31st March 2018.
