The attention of all the District Project Officers, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan in the State are invited to the references read above, and they are instructed to constitute a District level committee with members of Dy.EO.RMSA, Executive Engineer and CMO,SSA to finalize the schools at district level for awarding Swachh Vidyalaya Puraskar (SVP) 2017-18 to schools at Districts, State and National Level as the guidelines of Swachh Vidyalaya Puraskar uploaded.
Therefore they are requested to take further steps with the following guidelines
issued by the of Swachh Vidyalaya puraskar 2017-18.
Steps to be followed by the district committee :
- Initially each member in a committee should get registration in www. swachhvidyalay. com
- Go to the official website of www.swachhvidyalav.,com
- Click on Login option
- Click on District login type
- Select Andhra Pradesh in the state
- Select the district you are allotted
- Select the " District Committee-Register " in login type
- Enter the District code
- Finally enter the mobile number
- You will receive an OTP(One Time Password) to your mobile number and the OTP you received is your district committee login password.
1. You can login in the Website as the steps given above by entering your district committee login password(OTP)
2. You may get the list of schools shortlisted in concerned district
3. Download the list and survey the schools by visiting and whether the answers given by the school are equality to the facilities in concerned school.
Selection criteria of schools at District Level :
RURAL:
a) Three Elementary and Three Secondary schools having the highest overall score with rating not below Three Star will be selected for the District level Award (Total 6)
b) ln addition, six schools (three elementary and three secondary) having the highest score in each of the Sub Categories with rating not below Five Star in the sub- category will be selected for sub-category wise awards at the district level (Total 30)
URBAN:
a) Two schools (one elementary and one secondary) having the highest overall score with rating not below Three Star will be selected for the District level Award (Total 2 )
b) ln addition, two schools (one elementary and one secondary) having the highest score in each of the Sub Categories with rating not below Five Star in the sub-category will be selected for sub-category award at the district level (Total 10 ).
The district level committee may get a physical verification of the nominated schools done by a team consisting of school teachers and students in the district. The verification would be done using a check list and by taking photographs.
Each of the selected schools with highest overall score (Total 8) and each of the schools having the highest score under each sub-category (Total 40) will be awarded with certificate of recognition at district level, provided that all the schools with an overall rating of Five Star would be awarded with a certificate of Recognition.
- Each school should score a minimum of 2 star rating in each of the sub
4. A surveyed final list of the schools (Total 48) should be uploaded by the district
committee in www.swachhvidyalay.com website for state level under intimation to
this office.
Therefore, all the District Project Officers, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan in the State are
requested to take necessary action accordingly
