Sub:. School Education - Five Day Residential Training Programme to all the Mandal Educational Offices in the State in spell wise - 3rd spell Mandal Educational Training Programme from 07-11-2017 to 11-11-2017 at Ongole - Deputation of Mandal Educational Officers as per list communicated — Orders — Issued.
All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education & District Educational Officers in the State are requested to depute the identified Mandal Educational Officers to the Five Day Residential Training Programme which is scheduled to be held from 07-11-2017 to 11-11-2017 at Heartfulness Institute, Dharmashram, Sri Ramachandra Mission, Sri Pardhasaradhl Nagar, Mangamur Road, Ongole, Prakasam District. List of identified Mandal Educational Officers is communicated herewith.
For conducting the above five day training programme, the following instructions are hereby issued to all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State:
1. To depute MEOs as per the list appended to these proceedings without
any modification. No alternative/ substitute is allowed.
2. The MEOs should bring their tabs provided by the Government for the
training programme
3. The MEOs should report at the venue by 05.00 PM on 06.11.2017
without fall
4. No request of Mandal Educational Officer for exemption from training
programme shall be considered under any circumstances.
If any Mandal Educational Officer either failed to attend the above said programme during the period form 07-11-2017 to 11-11-2017 or absent during the training programme, necessary disciplinary action will be initiated against the individual.
Therefore all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and all the District Educational Officers are requested to follow above instructions for deputation of Mandal Educational Officers for the above said training programme without fail.
Further, they are also requested to keep in-charge to the post of MEO who deputed for the training programme to be held from 07.11.2017 to 11.11.2017 to the neighbouring MEO to attend the regular duties.
