ORDER:

The Principal, Sainik School, Kalikiri, Chittoor District vide references cited has informed that All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination (AISSEE) for admission of boys to Classes VI & IX in Sainik School Kalikiri for the Academic Session 2018-19 is scheduled to be held on 07 January, 2018 (Sunday), at the following centres.

The District Educational Officers are requested to take custody of the Question Papers kept in sealed Trunk, labeled “cofidential’ sent by the Principal, Sainik School, Korukonda through his representatives one or two days prior to the conduct of Examination and ensure safe custody of question paper Trunk.

DETAILS OF INTERVIEW AND MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS

5. Interview and Medical Examination for the candidates who come in the initial merit list (which will be published in local and National leading News papers and School official Website) will be conducted as per details given below:
(a) Interview followed by Medical Examination will be held from 19 February
2018 to March 2018 may last for two weeks.
(b) Sainik School, Kalikiri will intimate each candidate, who qualify in the merit
list regarding date and venue of Interview and Medical Examination.
(c) Interview Board. The members of Interview Board are as follows:-
(i) Chairman : Principal, Sainik School, Kalikiri
(ii) Members : (aa) A nominee of the District Collector of
Chittoor District.
(ab) District Educational Officer of the
Chittoor District or his nominee.
(d) Conduct of Medical Examination: The Medical Examination will be
conducted by the Medical Specialists from Sri Venkateswara Ramnarayan Ruia
Govt. General Hospital, Tirupathi. The Medical standards for entry into Sainik
Schools are the same as that for the entry into the National Defence Academy.

6. Principal, Sainik School, Kalikiri at his discretion is empowered to cancel any of the examination centres, in case sufficient number of candidates (i.e. minimum 100 candidates) do not opt to appear from a particular examination centre

7. The District Collectors, Superintendents of Police and District Educational Officers of Ananthapur, Kadapa, Kurnool, Nellore, Chittoor and Prakasam Districts are requested to take further necessary action for smooth and fair conduct of the examination.
